Communication: - Our website (www.pointe2perfection.com) is updated regularly. Please see the Current Students tab to access Parent Portal & all important documents. Tuition - Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month September-June. Tuition rates are for class tuition exclusively and do not include costumes, workshops, apparel or other services.
Costumes - A costume deposit of $85 will be charged for each class unless that class is marked as non-performance. This fee is due January 15th and will run on Autopay if not paid in advance. Balance for costumes will be due by May 15 and will be charged on Autopay if not paid in advance. Costumes are available to pick up once recital tickets are purchased.
Recital - All students will perform in our end-of-year recital with a tentative timeframe of the first 2 Saturdays in June. There is a 5 ticket minimum for all participating dancers. More detailed performance information will be made available at that time.
Late Payments - Late fees apply to delinquent accounts. A late fee of $30 will be charged to delinquent accounts on the 10th of the month. Any accounts with an outstanding balance after 60 days will be sent to collections and will be handled by the studio lawyer.
Refunds - There are no refunds on tuition or costumes. Apparel may be returned if in new condition with tags & packaging intact.
Autopay - All accounts will be automatically enrolled in Autopay. You may choose to pay early by cash or check. Autopay will run for the full balance due on the 1st and 15th of each month. If there is no balance due, you will not be charged. You may change your autopay method at any time by accessing the Parent Portal.
Dress Code
Preschool & Combo. Classes
Clothing: any style or color leotard with tights
Shoes: pink ballet shoes, tan tap shoes, tan jazz shoes
Hair: should be pulled back in a ponytail or bun
Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, & Hip Hop Classes
Clothing: form fitting tank top/short sleeve shirt, leggings, shorts (must be athletic wear and not school clothes)
Shoes: tan jazz shoes, tan lyrical shoes, black tie tap shoes, clean white or black sneakers for hip hop
Hair: should be pulled back in a ponytail or bun
Attendance - Regular class attendance is necessary to the student's growth and success. We kindly ask that students miss no more than 3 classes in the year. We always offer make up classes throughout the year. Tuition is not deducted for absences.
Classroom Behavior - It is necessary for us to run an orderly classroom if we are going to provide the level of dance education you deserve. We have a 3 step discipline policy for students who do not uphold our behavior standards during a class: *1st offense - verbal warning 2nd offense - student is asked to sit out & note will be sent home 3rd offense - student is removed from class & parent will be called If a student is removed from class 3 times during the season, their enrollment will be terminated.
Class Cancellations - In the event we are unable to hold in-person classes that day due to inclement weather or an emergency, a text and post on the Band app will be sent out 2 hours prior to the start of the class time. All social media sites will be updated as well.
Class Drops & Changes - All class drops or changes must be made through the the website; www.pointe2perfection.com and must be done before the 1st of the upcoming month. The account holder is responsible for all charges incurred prior to the approved drop or change. Any changes made on or after the first of the month will not be eligible for refunds or credits.
Media Release - Pointe 2 Perfection has permission to use photos, videos and/or audio of all students on our website, social media, advertising and other means unless notified in writing by a parent or guardian denying rights.
Right to Terminate - Pointe 2 Perfection has the right to terminate enrollment of any student or family for any reason. Notification will be given in writing should termination of service be deemed necessary.
